Regeny operates as a Charge Point Operator (CPO) providing electric vehicle (EV) charging services. Users can locate, reserve, and charge their vehicles at our charging stations via our mobile app or website.

a) Charging Services

Availability:Charging stations are subject to availability. Regeny does not guarantee that a charging station will be available at all times.
Charging Sessions:Users must follow all instructions displayed on our charging stations and mobile app. Improper use may lead to service disruption, damage, or penalties.
Pricing:Charging fees are calculated based on time, energy consumption, or a combination of both. Pricing details are provided before initiating a charging session.
Payment:Payment for charging sessions is required at the time of use and can be made via the payment methods accepted by Regeny (e.g., credit cards, mobile payments). All transactions are processed securely, and payment details are not stored by us.

b) Mobile Application Features

Location Services:The app provides real-time information about the availability and location of EV charging stations. GPS tracking may be used to assist users in finding nearby charging stations.
User Accounts:To use certain features of the app, users must create an account, providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
Rewards Program:Users may earn rewards through our platform by participating in data uploads or using our services. These rewards are subject to separate terms and conditions.
