All charging sessions conducted through REGENY’s public charging network are billed in accordance with the standard tariffs defined by the UAE Federal authorities and the respective regulatory bodies of each Emirate.
– AC Charging: Tariffs are applied as per the prevailing federal or Emirate-level guidelines.
– DC Charging: Fast and ultra-fast charging rates are determined by the same regulatory frameworks and updated automatically in line with any official revisions.
REGENY reserves the right to modify charging tariffs at any time to reflect changes mandated by government or regulatory authorities.
To ensure fair usage and optimal availability of charging stations, idle charges will apply when a vehicle remains connected to a charger or parked idly at the parking bay but not actively charging.
– DC Chargers: AED 2 per minute of idle time.
– AC Chargers: AED 15 per hour of idle time.
These rates are subject to change based on REGENY’s internal policies or updates from local regulatory authorities.
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
– A technical malfunction on the part of REGENY or its charging infrastructure that prevents energy delivery despite successful payment.
– Duplicate charges caused by system or payment reconciliation errors.
– If a charging session is manually stopped by the user before the allocated balance, state of charge (SOC), or time is fully utilized, the remaining unused balance will be automatically refunded within 48 hours to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for:
– User errors, including improper connection, early disconnection without system record, or failure to correctly start or end sessions.
– Idle time charges incurred after completion of a session.
– Sessions where energy has been successfully delivered.

The refund process may take an unexpected amount of time due to technical issues from banking partners. REGENY will not take liability in such cases.
